Reinventing the firm's culture through workplace transformation

Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard had looked at several options for upgrading or relocating its offices to accommodate their growing staff. Christner collaborated with a dedicated client group that ultimately decided to stay in the same location and redesign the workplace. Christner's design reworked Sandberg's corporate culture through a transformation of the workplace, with Sandberg's goals being to more effectively serve their clients and attract and retain young, bright attorneys.
