Insituform Technologies Headquarters

Consolidating a headquarters for greater efficiency and new use

Half of Insituform's headquarters was previously dedicated to manufacturing processes supporting their specialty stormwater pipe rehabilitation services. In response to the need for more office space and changing workplace requirements, Christner redesigned the headquarters. Open offices are located in the former dock area, which meant we could bring in plenty of natural light through a new window wall. Christner's workplace planners centralized the executive offices, and added conference and work rooms to support the demand for flexible spaces.
