School District of Clayton Master Plan

Engaging the community in facility decisions

An established district with a reputation for academic excellence, the School District of Clayton selected Christner to conduct a district-wide Master Plan. We developed strategies to address the need for more teaching and support space due to overall curriculum growth. We also examined infrastructure, safety and security upgrades required at most of the schools. Christner delivered a master plan that addresses the needs of all five schools within the context of the district as a whole, leading to a successful bond issue in April 2009.
