Christner developed a concept design for the Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing that accommodates an enrollment of 250 and creates a prominent identity on the hospital campus for the College. Our planners developed state-of-the-art classrooms and skills labs that seat 20 to 50 students and incorporate patient simulation mannequins. Faculty offices, tutorial rooms and an administrative suite are located on the second floor. We designed a concourse on each level that will be saturated with daylight through a two-story glass curtainwall.
The lower level houses the hospital's Information Systems (IS) department, the electronic nerve center for the entire hospital campus.

The new building creates a prominent identity for the College of Nursing on campus. Christner's designers took cues from the architectural elements of the hospital, and augmented them with a two-story glass curtainwall.
We gave Information Systems, located on the lower level, a entry separate entry from the College. It houses a new technology infrastructure and data center, and gives the 90-person staff an enhanced workspace.
The concourse on each level is connected by a monumental stair. Our designers incorporated it to create an informal gathering space and wayfinding aid.
