Mercy Health Center Strategic Facility Plan, Oklahoma City

Preparing for shifting demographics and patient needs

Our master plan set out the strategy for facility planning and investment, guiding future renewal, growth and campus change. Our planners worked with multiple hospital task forces (including surgery, oncology, primary care, and emergency services) to incorporate their knowledge and expertise into the master plan. Our recommendations addressed capacity issues for the emergency department, inpatient beds, outpatient surgery, and medical office space. We also addressed overall efficiency of service delivery.
